Webinar: Challenges in CHD: Precision Serial Monitoring of the RV

Register here

Monitoring Right Ventricular (RV) function is critical for the long-term management of CHD patients. Given the RV’s complex, non-symmetrical geometry, guidelines recommend the use of cardiac MRI. However, regular cMRI is often inaccessible to pediatric patients: need for sedation, separation anxiety, wait-times and cost all limits real-world use.

In this upcoming session, we are joined by Dr. Greg Skinner (East Midlands Congenital Heart Centre, UK), a leading voice in pediatric cardiology. Dr. Skinner will share how his lab uses VMS+ to bridge the gap between 2D echocardiography and cMRI.

Why attend? While the session will feature deep-dive case studies on repaired Tetralogy of Fallot, the principles of KBR (Knowledge-Based Reconstruction) applied here are universal for any specialist tasked with monitoring RV remodelling and dysfunction.

You will see:

  • The 5-minute workflow for 3D RV reconstruction.
  • Real-world clinical application of VMS+ .
  • How 2D echo images are transformed into cMRI-accurate volumes and EFs.
